Some thoughts about Superwoman #15

Superwoman's problems are not over.

Lana's loved ones continue in danger after yet another mysterious enemy appears with abilities that she might not be able to fight.

Well, this was serviceable at the very least.

Kate Perkins delivers a new installment where she mostly focus on a new villain as well as character dynamics. The interactions between the members of the cast are the best part I believe since their conversations tend to be pretty entertaining no matter if they are about fighting a supervillain or simply talking about mundane things. Not to mention that I really like Maxima and I'm glad she's interacting with other characters like Traci 13 and Natasha to provide enjoyable characterization.

The superheroic aspect of the book continues to be the weakest link though since the villain is not particularly interesting but gets the job done with an unique enough ability that presents an adequate threat.

Sami Basri handles the artwork and I'm glad to see him again, I've been a fan of his work since his run on Power Girl thanks to his beautiful and semi-cartoony style that creates vibrant and gorgeous characters.

Decent enough, hope the next one is better though.
