Some thoughts about Super Sons #7

The Teen Titans need the help of Superboy now.

Damian has been turned into an old man and now to bring him back to normal, he will have to include the person he didn't want to into the team.

Another issue, another immensily entertaining read.

Peter Tomasi continues his story about this team-up and makes is as enjoyable as everything else in this book. The characterization is once again great, particularly the character interactions since the writer makes the personality of everyone in the cast perfectly contrast with each other which also shows how on-point every character here is. My favorite moments are the segments where Damian is an old man and Tomasi includes as many jokes based on his age as possible and the fact that this is Damian we're talking about makes them even funnier.

The plot does its job with an interesting enough villain that seems to be promising more stuff coming for the future but mostly serves as an excuse to put these characters together and in that regard is successful.

Jorge Jimenez remains in art duties and he makes everypage here beautiful with a quite energetic style that not only creates vibrant action scenes but also gorgeous characters.

Great stuff, still one of my favorite books.
