Some thoughts about Supergirl: Being Super #3

Has Supergirl found someone like her?

Kara is still dealing with the death of her friend and in her grief she might find hope in the most unexpected and dangerous places.

Penultimate chapter of this story and I'm going to be sad when it's over.

Mariko Tamaki brings a new chapter where she continues to develop the character of Kara from this particular universe. Once again, the story shines when the writer concentrates on Kara's daily life, about how she tries to reconnect with her friends and family after the loss of one of her loved ones which continues to be a pretty strong work that explores interesting themes.

However, this time the plot also progresses to finally making the story reach its climax and presenting a parallel to Kara that creates a predictable, yet interesting twist at the end which makes me excited for the character work resulting of this.

Joelle Jones remains in art duties and her work is still wonderfull with a beautiful style that creates a great range of expressions for the characters along with a clean style.

Nice read, shame that is about to be over.
