Some thoughts about Red Hood and the Outlaws #9

Red Hood's team are about to face something quite familiar to them.

The team's new mission will take Jason back to Qurac and remember all the terrible things that happened there but he's not the only one whose past will haunt.

A new storyline begins and so far, so good.

Scott Lobdell continues his story about the Dark Trinity by carefully progressing their relationship and credit where credit is due, when Lobdell is focused he can do great character work. The interaction between the characters is really enjoyable, you can clearly see that each one of them is getting more fond of each other which doesn't happen from a moment to another, is actually developed in a way that is believable.

That's not the best part though since the new setting provides for even more character work for each member of the cast and in their own respective ways which makes me really excited for what is about to come.

Dexter Soy returns to art duties and my God, he really improves this script a lot. Every scene is wonderfully depicted with a lot of detail and a beautiful style that tells the story perfectly.

Great stuff, hope the next one arrives soon.
