Victor was captured by the being who has been manipulating him all this time and he can't escape on his own. However, even if he regains control of his body this is far from over.
Huh, lots of things happening this time.
John Semper Jr. continues his ongoing story by creating a chapter where he introduces a brand new character into the scene and the curious thing about this is that the issue opens like it was completely separate story with a pretty inventive premise which ultimately connects it to the main plot that has been occurring since the beginning. It was really well-handled.
The interactions between Victor and Exxy are enjoyable so far and create a nice development for the future while Semper's sub-plots continue to progress and hopefully most of them will be revealed in the next chapter.
Paul Pelletier is in charge of the pencils and is really solid with expressive characters and precise storytelling.
Probably one of the most enjoyable installments yet and makes me wonder what's going to happen next.
