Some thoughts about Superwoman #3

Superwoman's life is about to change for better or worse.

Lana is still dealing with the fact she's working alone and Lex is about to meet one of the most powerful enemies he has ever seen.

Well, this issue certainly delivered a lot.

Phil Jimenez offers a new chapter where he focuses on several plot-points including Lana's condition, Lex's relationship with his sister and the current status of the supervillains around Metropolis. The writer manages to explore each section nicely due that he gives them enough time and space for them to develope which creates great character work, interactions and plot progression.

Which of course comes to one of the strongest aspects of the book, the great content. There's a lot of bang for your book, Jimenez certainly doesn't want people to think they're wasting their money in a decompressed title so he makes every page and every section as their own story which could have been easily told in a single issue in other books.

Emanuela Luppachino handles the artwork and is as gorgeous as you would expect with a pretty vibrant style that gets the best from the fight scenes.

Quite dense read, is good to have a series like this.
