Some thoughts about Superman #6

Not even the Eradicator is a match for Superman.

Clark has been trying to protect his family since they arrived to this world and is decided to take his place as its most powerful superhero if necessary and to do so, he will need some help.

What can I say? This title proved me wrong.

Peter Tomasi delivers the conclusion for his initial storyline focusing on a climatic battle between Superman and the Eradicator along with the classic family dynamics and it all works so well. The author manages to deliver several memorable moments in terms of action and character as well as a believable and heartful relationship between Clark, Lois and Jon that should bring a smile to everyone's faces.

The issue has great pacing distributing the content between fight scenes and portrayals nicely, is a quite intense read that doesn't suffer from previous flaws like unnatural dialogue and forced depictions.

And of course, the biggest star here is Patrick Gleason. His work is spectacular and definitely makes the script even better than it actually is with a great storytelling skill that makes every big moment HUGE and remarkable. The overall style is also beautiful.

Quite enjoyable and I'm glad this book has improved.
