Some thoughts about Harley Quinn #3

Is there any hope in the zombie apocalypse?

Harley and Ivy have been finally reunited and they're ready to face the horde of monsters the best way they can but even with that in mind, they will need some sort of miracle to survive.

Okay, I just loved this so much.

Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner deliver the final chapter of their fun zombie storyline by focusing on the classic gory and humorous scenes that define this book so much. The jokes worked way better here than in the previous issue due to the amount of fun interactions between the characters that involve Harley not being able to contain her curiosity and being quick to choose cannibalism.

However, let's not kid ourselves, the best part of the issue was the dynamic between Harley and Ivy. There are several scenes that explore more their relationship and how funny and strong it can be. It can be quite funny and surprisingly emotional at points.

Brett Levins, Chad Hardin and John Timms share the pencils here and the overall is quite consistent by maintaining the usual cartoony style that allows for a lot of character expressions and funny scenes.

Quite enjoyable issue, hope to see more like this.
