Some thoughts about Harley Quinn #2

The undead are destroying Harley Quinn's world.

The zombie virus continues to spread and more and more people are being infected. Harley is the only one who is willing to face the creatures but even she will need a bit of help.

Yeaaaaah, this didn't work so well for me sadly.

Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner bring a new chapter of their zombie story but unfortunately, it doesn't go beyond classic zombie killing. Don't get me wrong, I love zombie killing stories and the humour continues to be decent but aside from that, there's not a lot to offer in terms of plot and characterization.

For that reason, the issue is a pretty quick read and seems like is lacking in content. Despite that the destruction of the undead is quite over-the-top, is not as entertaining as one would hope. I wish they would have included more stuff aside from that.

Although the last page is promising at least.

Chad Hardin and John Timms share art duties and their work complement each other's styles pretty well, both of them being able to depict the violent and gory moments in a cartoony manner.

Not as good as I was expecting. Better luck for the next one.
